2. I have more than 10 Venues. Can I still use RecTimes?
Absolutely. We work with many large facilities and towns with over 10 venues and offer special pricing and options to meet your needs.
3. How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up we will refund your entire fee including setup. If you choose to cancel your account after the first 30 days of your membership you will never be charged again. We do not prorate or issue refunds for partial monthly or annual billing.
4. Can I try RecTimes before I buy?
We offer a 30 day risk free guarantee so you can fully utilize RecTimes. If the software is not the right fit simply let is know for a full refund.
5. Do I need to sign a long term contract?
RecTimes is a pay-as-you-go service. We offer monthly and yearly packages and you can cancel at anytime. Annual contracts are available to lock in current rates for the duration of the contract that is agreed upon.
6. How do I know my data is safe?
Our state-of-the-art data centers are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. Our software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches and our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and SSL encryption.
7. Can you help me move from my old provider?
Yes, we can easily import all your customers. When adding bookings, we recommend a fresh start to fully utilized tracking for all bookings and learn the system quickly. 8. Can I export my data if I decide to cancel?
Yes! Your critical data including customers, bookings, invoices and contracts can be exported out of RecTimes should you choose to cancel your plan.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
The primary payment methods we accept are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and direct deposit. You may also request to pay by bank transfer or check/cheque.
